Malted honey and black peppered chicken legs and wings

Malted honey and black peppered chicken legs and wings

 

6 chicken drumsticks/wings

1 tbsp. Branston ketchup

1 tbsp. Branston brown sauce
3 tablespoons of Sarsons vinegar

1 teaspoon of chopped garlic

½ teaspoon of crushed chillies,

2 tablespoons of honey,

1 teaspoon of crushed/coarse ground black pepper.

 

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together, cover 6  drumsticks of chicken with marinade and place in the fridge for 4-24hrs. Heat oven
to 180 and cook for 20mins till juice run clear when pricked approx 30ms.
