Malted sunflower seeds and carrot batons

Malted sunflower seeds and carrot batons

 

You will need:

 

100g sunflower seeds

300g carrot batons

2 tbsp. Sarsons Malted Vinegar

Branston Worcester Sauce

2 tbsp. maple syrup
In a dish, place 100g of sunflower seeds and add 2 tablespoons of
Sarsons malted vinegar and 2 splashes of Worcester sauce and bake in preheated oven for 10ms. Unitl dry.

(I like my carrots crunchy so you might want to cook this for 30ms instead of 15ms)

Place 300g of carrot batons onto greaseproof paper  in a baking tin. Heat 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup in the microwave
for 20 seconds then drizzle over carrots, then sprinkle malted  sunflower seeds and cook in the oven for 15 minutes, then serve.
