Exceedingly moorish Dumplings Dip!

Dumpling Dip

Dumpling Dip

Dipping Sauce for Pork and Vegetable dumplings.

Juice of one lime and zest of lime.

1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce.

4 tablespoons of Sarsons vinegar.

3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

½ teaspoon of crushed chillies,

splash of Branston Worcester  sauce,

1 teaspoon of fresh chopped ginger,

1 teaspoon of chopped fresh garlic.

 

Mix all ingredients together and serve in bowl with boiled dumplings. Simples! 😀
