Fresh Zappy Mint Sauce

Fresh Zappy Mint Sauce

Malted Mint Sauce

Finely chop a large bunch of mint.

In a jar with lid, add 4  tablespoons of Sarsons malt vinegar,

4x tablespoons of hot water,

1 teaspoon of sugar,

a splash of Branston Worcester sauce,

1 teaspoon of sundried tomato paste and

pinch of salt and shake!

Lasts for months!
