Matazaemon Martini

Vinegar Martini

‘A bitter cocktail with a lively sourness that is suitable for adults’

45ml Gin

15ml Matazemon Vinegar (Sarsons malt as alternative)

1 tsp. creme de Framboise

10ml Dry Vermouth

pinch of sugar

squeeze of lemon

1 olive

ice

Put ice and dry Vermouth into a shaker and mix, the throw out the ice.

Add gin, vinegar, creme de framboise and ice then she again.

Rub lemon on the rim of the glass then turn upside down and twist in the sugar.

Pour the mixture into the glass, stick an olive with a cocktail stick, drop in and enjoy!
