Salmon Sauteed in Sour Butter Sauce

Fish in butter vinegar

Experience the unique combination of butter and vinegar. the flavour will greatly stimulate your appetite (books words not mine! 🙂 )

2 salmon fillets

1 tbsp. flour (I’d use coconut flour)

2 tsp. light oil

20g butter

1 tbsp. finely chopped parsely

3 tbsp. Matazemon vinegar (Mizkan sushi vinegar or Sarsons will do)

Place room temperature salmon in a baking tray and lightly sprinkle with sea salt.and pepper.

Then place salmon in flour, coating both sides. But you don’t want too much on there so shake off any excess. Then place skin side down into a preheated pan and cook on medium heat 3-4ms each side, also cook on the edges for 1m each side.

Add the vinegar, butter and parsley and simmer for 1-2ms gently drizzling the sauce over the salmon then serve.
