Tofu Pickles

Tofu Snack‘Create a western style snack that goes well with beer by dressing tofu with other ingredients.’


300g cotton tofu

ground black pepper

1 red pepper sliced

1 garlic clove finely chopped

3 tbsp. of Matazemon vinegar (or Sarsons malt vinegar)

6 tbsp. olive oil


Cut the tofu into 8 piece and drain excess water, then place into a food storage container. Add the ingredients one by one and stand for 10ms.

Add the olive oil till almost covered. Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for 3 hours for flavours to fuse.
