Prawns in pears, horseradish and fresh basil

Well you k now how I like to mix it up and see if certain flavours work together? Well here we go again!

serves 2

250g large prawns

1 tin of pears in fruit juice (not syrup) chopped into squares

Sprig of fresh basil

1 garlic clove

1 tsp. olive oil

2 tbsp. horseradish sauce

In a pan, heat the oil and add the garlic and cook on a medium heat. add the chopped pears and simmer for 5ms.

Once the pears safe cooked through, add the horseradish and simmer for another 5ms. Add the prawns, if they are pink cook for 3-4ms, if from raw until they turn from blue to pink.

Then add some chopped fresh basil and serve with some fresh baby spinach. Yum!
