Bresola with pickled mixed tomatoes and strawberries

Bresola with pickled mixed tomatoes and strawberriesThis is a lovely accompaniment for salad dishes.

I packet of mixed colour tomatoes

6 strawberries sliced in half

1 tbsp. Dufrais white wine vinegar

1/2 tsp. honey

1/4 cup of water

pinch of sea salt

twist of black pepper

Slice tomatoes in half, add to pot with strawberries. Add vinegar, honey, water, salt and pepper and simmer for 15ms on a medium heat and you’re done! Serve with Bresola and side salad.
