Magic Fruit Popsicles

(From Dr Susan’s health blog)

I love these popsicles! They are so fun and a great way to incorporate delicious, healthy fruit into your diet. Kids love them, too!

These popsicles use kiwi fruit, orange juice and strawberries – three of my favorite fruits! These fruits are all a wonderful source of vitamin C, which is important for immunity and healthy vision.

Note: All popsicle molds are slightly different sizes. Please adjust the ingredients for the size of your popsicle molds.
