Fennel and red onion in rosemary cream

Ahh the smell of the this as it was cooking was divine! And it’s deliciously simple to make!

1 Fennel bulb

1 red onion

1/2 cup single cream

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Slice fennel and red onion and fan out in a baking dish; pour cream over and sprinkle rosemary sprigs evenly, followed by parmesan cheese and then cook for 30ms in preheated oven at 180C. Mmmm yum!
