2 Ingredient vegan frozen banana ice-cream from No Sleep Chic blog

I’d come across this sometime ago  but was reminded by http://preferhealthystyle.com/ just was a simple and awesome recipe this is, and it’s so creamy!


2 ripe bananas
dash of cinnamon
your choice of toppings

1. cut the bananas into slices and place in a freezer-safe container. Freeze overnight or for several hours.
2. once frozen, allow bananas to thaw for 10-15 minutes.
3. place into a blender with a dash of cinnamon and mix on low/ medium until creamy
4. serve and enjoy!

PS: Top with your favourite add ons like shaved dark chocolate, sliced strawberries, a dollop of peanutbutter or a tablespoon of chia seeds. The possibilities are endless!
