Ok, now I am usually a balsamic vinegar snob, I admit it! But, and I’m not just saying this because I work for the company! But Sarson’s new balsamic vinegar has all the flavour of the most expensive balsamic’s and none of the cost. Frankly that’s a win win in anyone’s book!

1 packet of pardon peppers

half a matte sons pork sausage sliced.

1 handful of sliced almonds

10 small baby mushrooms

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp. Sarson’s balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp. olive oil

Chop the garlic and fry in pan with olive oil for a couple of minutes on medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, then add the sliced sausage, cook for another couple of minutes, then add the peppers covering with the oil in the pan. Add the vinegar and toss around till well covered, sprinkling the almonds for 5 more minutes, then serve! Simples! šŸ˜€
