200g marscapone cheese

100g whipped cream

rind of 1 lemon

2 handfuls of blueberries

Lindt intense cherry dark chocolate

2 handfuls of crushed walnuts

1 handful of raisons

 

Whip the cream till firm. Mix in the cheese, fold in the lemon rind and blueberries.

Mix the crushed walnuts and raisons and pat down into the base of the ramekin dishes. Spoon the creamed mixture over the top. Grate the chocolate over the top and refrigerate for 1 hr before serving.
