Aojiru (Green Juice) and Vinegar Jelly

Aojiru (Green Juice) and Vinegar Jelly

180g water

1g Agar (this you will need to get from a Japanese supermarket)

40g sugar (I’d use a drop of Stevia in place)

7g Processed soy milk

2g Aojiru (Green juice again – can be obtained in Japanese supermarkets)

15g malt vinegar

Condensed milk to taste.

Mix water, agar and suar and double-boil while mixing to dissolve the infredients.

Adter dissolved, add aojiru and soy milke, then finally add vinegar.

Place in a mold while it is still hot.

Cool for 2-3 hours in a fridge until firm.

Arrnage on plate, and apply condensed milk to taste.
